Actor Auditions 

For our auditions we gave our chosen candidates the first line from the song and asked them to sing it. We chose to use multiple different options for our auditions to make sure that we had really gone with the best option. We included a boy in our auditions but felt that it didn’t look right and the role would be best suited for a girl. We also tried two girls to see if a duo could work but singing in unison was difficult and felt it again also didn’t look correct for the part. Overall we felt that Ellia would be the best candidate, we felt she was the person who took the role seriously during her auditions, but also has a good look and image for the video. Both other girls used in the video did good jobs although struggled to remember the words. Our second choice for the video would have been Angel although felt that her overall look did not quite suite the video.  

We also created a poll everywhere to see what actor people liked; again the most popular actor was Ellia so it confirmed that she is the actor that we should go with. other actors that got voted for were Angel and Jack although they only got one vote each. This poll confirmed for us that we had chosen the correct actor.
